Lewis Hamilton could finally break his streak without winning a Grand Prix in 2024, and there are multiple tracks where that could happen.

The British driver is arguably one of the most successful drivers in the history of F1, if not the most successful. No one has ever managed to win more races than Hamilton, who crossed the finish line first on 103 occasions.

However, after getting at least one race win each since he entered Formula One in 2007, Hamilton’s streak ended in 2022, when he failed to put his Mercedes on the top spot on the podium.

With his move to Ferrari now sealed, the 39-year-old has the last few races to win a race with a team that he spent 12 seasons in, and it can happen at a few different places.

3. Monaco Grand Prix
With all honesty, Mercedes is far from being the fastest race car on the F1 grid in 2024, and that’s why many things would need to go right for the seven-time World Champion to win a race this year.

Circuit de Monaco is a unique race track where the fewest overtakes are completed every year. Virtually, getting a pole position could easily translate into a race win, and that’s one of the reasons why Hamilton has a solid chance to win a race at the Monaco Grand Prix.

Historically, the Brit hasn’t been that successful in Monaco, winning only three races in Principality in his career, but that could change in 2024.

Still, Mercedes didn’t show enough pace to challenge Red Bull and Ferrari during the qualifying, but should something happen during the qualifying, the 103-time Grand Prix winner could easily capitalize on that with his first race win since the 2021 Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.

2. Hungarian Grand Prix
Historically, Hamilton has had the most success at the Hungaroring. He won the Hungarian Grand Prix eight times in his career, and even during Mercedes’ struggles over the past two seasons, he managed to finish second and fourth in Hungary.

Additionally, his teammate, George Russell, recorded his only career pole position at the Hungaroring in 2022, showing that Mercedes can certainly challenge on this track.

The Grand Prix also comes during the summer, as the 13th race in the calendar, giving Mercedes plenty of time to improve their W15. Should the car be competitive, Hamilton would certainly capitalize on his experience to win on the track located close to Budapest.

1. British Grand Prix
There’s one more race that Hamilton won eight times in his career, and it’s the British Grand Prix at the Silverstone Circuit, which, of course, is very special to him as his home race.

In addition, he managed to stand on the podium in Great Britain in each of the last two races during the seasons when he couldn’t win, showing that he can be very fast on the circuit.

On each occasion, he was also only six seconds away from the winner, even though that was influenced by a safety car or a virtual safety car, as those influenced both of these races.

Since 2014, Hamilton has won the British Grand Prix seven times, finished second once, and had two third places, never finishing outside of the podium in the last ten races of the British Grand Prix.

With the special one-off 70th Anniversary Grand Prix, which was also held at the Silverstone Circuit in 2022, and in which he finished second, that’s eleven consecutive races with a podium in Great Britain for Hamilton, so there’s no reason why he couldn’t win the race in 2024.
